Design Integration & Cross-Review

Today the team held a 60-minute meeting to integrate the individual domain designs (A, B, C, D, E).

• Cross-review: Checked the connection points between domains (e.g., RBAC matching warehouse, inventory tracking with locations, Inventory matching Stock Ledger).
• Paper test scenarios: Walked through all 8 test scenarios (e.g., receiving, putaway, reserve, pick, adjust) to ensure all flows are covered and the ERD is sufficient.
• Completed overall ERD: Successfully merged into the global ERD v1.
• The team agreed on the list of bugs/changes to resolve. The design phase is basically complete.
